- Put your weigh-day in your calendar, or your alarms (or both!), to remind you to post once per week in here with your updated weight - results are tabulated on Sunday mornings, so be sure to get your updates in here before then

Hello team Weight No More. My name is Deborah but you can call me DJ. I am a 74-year-old retiree and have been overweight since I was a teenager. The most I have weighed is 362 when I was in my fifties. I refuse to give up even though I seem to live a yo-yoing life with food. My goal is to do the best I can for my kidneys as I am in stage 3 and hoping to slow the progress down. Looking forward to getting to know everyone. Thanks for the welcomes.

@D_Jay_74 That's a great attitude to have! Just doing the best you can with what you've got. I've had some health struggles myself and that's how I try to do things.

gained 🙃 this weekend I did not track a single calorie because I was at my cousins wedding festivities and we were constantly snacking and trying new things. I limited myself here and there but I did eat a lot of sweets. When I came back I barely tracked food at all. I started tracking again yesterday.1 -
@JenSamuel94 I hope you enjoyed yourself at the wedding! It's normal to indulge a little at a celebration like that, the important thing is the memories you have with family and friends. Don't sweat it!

@JenSamuel94 - ooh, you could still have some water retention going on. Salt, sugar, alcohol… all of them make our bodies take longer to process things, which means holding onto more water until everything is passed through.
