^^Right that! - It is the "beating self up" mentality that is so pervasive here. The Cauliflower posts really disturb me especially. It feels great to let loose (I log it proudly) and not have to apologize.
(Although some of my "clean eating friends" here are starting to not interact with me much... I am a "heathen" LOL0 -

And those people claim over and over again that they won't affect anyone else at the holiday gathering.... not so true. That kind of behavior sends out a "vibe" which is like a wet blanket. I know.. I used to be like that! Glad I am "waking up" :drinker:0

Today's Ice Cream: Back to my favourite Breyer's Strawberry Swirl with strawberries and angel food cake plus some skittles, some chips and a cup of hot chocolate.
Monthly weight loss: 3 maybe 3& 1/2 lbs lost, on point with goals set at start of challenge. Started 180 ended 177.
Challenge requirement of eating ice cream or reasonable substitute met. Had at least 3 days near maintenance level intake, like today, and another 3 over maintenance. :ohwell:0
