I just joined today, and I don't have a bike at home, but just joined a gym. 3 days in a row, I did 6 minutes each day!!!0

I have a gazelle exercise machine that has been sitting gathering dust ~ I got on it for 10 minutes as a warm up for my exercise video0

Just joined this group a little while ago and didn't want to miss a day. Dusted off the stationary bike, hung the clothes in my closet instead of on the handlebars, and completed 15 minutes. Promise to myself that tomorrow I will use it for at least 30 minutes.0

Yesterday (Oct 1) I did 20 minutes - planned on longer, but got interupted by a phonecall. :ohwell:
Goal is for 30 mins minimum, building to either 30 mins-with-higher-tension or 60 minutes-with-more-tension-if-possible by the end of the month. :noway:

In case you haven't been there .... I posted some possible "distract yourself you so you go longer" ideas on the "Hi" thread. Go take a look, share variations that work for you (it might work for someone else too) and add your own strategies that I didn't mention.

ive been on the stationary bike for 10 days straight starting 21st of sept, averaging 30 mins per day, best being 120mins in a day =D
