    missed two days, but was back on it yesterday - and have plans for after work today.

    That makes me 5&2 (5 done, 2 missed) / 23 to go.

    Day 9 and 33 min today

    I did this around 5:30 am this morning, my body is getting used to this now and am loving it.

    Oct 9 wasn't on the bike - but activity on a step-bench DID happen so I am still calling it "done something"

    As a NCV (non-challenge victory [similar to a NSV] ) - I can report that on my way in today, I stopped at the 24hr grocery store.

    For less than the cost of 2 envelopes of instant oatmeal from the caffeteria, I picked up a box of 12 on the way in to work .... for less than the cost of 3 pre-cooked servings of oatmeal (which admittedly tastes better that the instant, but costs significantly more than a less-healthy muffin-monster would) I got not only the 12-pack of instant, but also some dried cranberries and chopped pecans from the bulk-food section to mix in.

    2nd- 20 on the elliptical
    3rd- lazy
    4th- 21 elliptical +run/walk 30 mins
    5th- lazy
    6th- 79mins bike
    7th - 60min bike
    8th - 41 bike + 6 elliptical
    9th - 20 elliptical
    10th - 12 min run +8 min walk + 40 min bike + strength training
