10/28 50 min, I am not working the 30th and 31st but I plan to hit the bike everyday until the 31st . . . that will make up for the one day I missed :indifferent:0

25 minutes feeling queasy today! But had level 6 going! So happy I did this!0 -
Day 29 and only 15 min today. (traveled today from 5 am till 9 pm, I had to do this to complete this challenge so glad I got some 15 min)
