* Normally I have a very small deficit or even a surplus on Sundays. It is the one dayshift I have every week and a tv night, whereas the other days, I work nights or have off entirely and can exercise, eat properly. So I'm surprised I stayed on target. I had my planned dessert and wasn't looking around for additional snacks. Mind you, I had saved most of my calories for the evening. I might continue doing that on Sundays.0 -

Decent on protein. I always have to remind myself about the fat, leftover 90's mentality, I guess.
I was surprised to do the calculation on TDEE thread yesterday and learn that I am a bit off somewhere. My Bodymedia is overestimating by about 10% or I am under reporting intake somehow. Not a big deal, but interesting. I'm going to try and log super accurately in the next few months and try it again over a longer time frame and see if I still get the same inconsistency.

Hmmm.....Either my Bodymedia is overestimating my cals burned or I am logging a bit sloppily, because I 'should' have lost 4lbs this month with these numbers, but only lost 2. Not that it matters. I'm going to try and be more accurate in December and see which one is the culprit, more out of curiosity than anything else.0
