Afternoon workout - 10 min cardio. (various things from Turbo Fire and Zumba most of which I do not have a name for).0

and 2 more sets of 10 each squats, wall push ups.

Morning break workout: Standard 5 min cardio warm-up, 50 skater squats, 100 single arm bent arm lateral w/ 7 lbs (50 ea arm), 50 sumo squats, 100 single arm shoulder press w/ 7 lbs (50 ea arm), 50 mummy kicks.
Bcattoes, I don't even know what 1/2 those things are! Guess I'll have to google it.

I'm unfortunately in an open secretarial bay at work so I can't do a lot of the things mentioned on this thread. We do have great gym facilities though so I do yoga on Tues & Thurs and sneak in a few minutes of elliptical when I can.0
