    Cruising along with no problems. Met with my trainer again and have lost another 3.35 inches total in the last 20 days.......I'll take that.

    I am out. Yesterday I gave in to pms sugar cravings and went over my calories and did not exercise. However, I will keep going on my own for the rest of the month. Good luck everyone! : )

    I am out. Yesterday I gave in to pms sugar cravings and went over my calories and did not exercise. However, I will keep going on my own for the rest of the month. Good luck everyone! : )

    Did I stay within my calorie budget today? Yes (had a planned treat day--set my calorie goal at 2500 today, came screeching in at 2400)
    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 30 minutes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes (not easy today--had a healthy pot luck at work & it was hard to figure out what calories everything was--but I did it)

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes took two walks, 95* and 85% humidity! Then walked corridors of hospital for a 45 minutes! Do you lose weight when you sweat? LOL! - 11,130 fitbit steps!
