The only moving I did yesterday was boxes up and down stairs helping my in-laws move. Today, the winter storm moves in, may not get any moving in today or tomorrow either!
Keep up the great work, people!0 -

I had a nice long, rambling post going when the thread rolled over and deleted it. That will teach me.
The gist is that the temps have dropped to the single digits with windchills in the -0° so I haven't many walking miles in. I only get a block or few before turning about so it is time to take it indorrs and hop back on the treadmill.

I've never tried that app, but I am a HUGE fan of using progressive Run/Walk intervals for building up running strength and endurance! Look at me....I couldn't run 3 continuous miles and my previous longest run a couple years ago was maybe 4.5 miles but I hadn't run any further than that in roughly 30* years! And in just the past month I've run 6.2 miles twice and 6.4 once and regularly run for an hour at a time if I want to now!
I did my own version of c25k, and toward the end I used Endomondo to create my own custom interval training sessions to signal my intervals after they added that feature to it.
Stick with it and you will have no problem being ready for your 5K!
