Major Goals:
1) To eat ice cream every day in December
On days when for some unforeseen reason, I cannot have ice cream, I will have at least one moderate serving of one or more of the following:
- Pop Tarts
- Dairy Milk Cookie Crunch Chocolate Bar
- Pancakes with Maple Syrup and Butter
- Potato Chips
- French Fries
- Cheeseburgers
- Pizza
- Donuts
-Little Debbie Christmas Trees
-Strawberry Chesecake
2) In addition to the ice cream, I will fulfill my macro/micro/fiber goals by incorporating the following:
- Chicken breast
- Variety of green salads
- Fiber One Cereal
- Peanut butter
- Protein Powder
3) to lose 2-4 lbs during the month. Worst case scenario: maintain. It IS the holidays.:drinker:
4) Weight train faithfully on Mon, Weds and Fridays .
Just started the Allpro beginners routine 12 weeks ago.
Minor goals:
5) to help demolish the silly myths by orthorexics and food shamers.
6) to show that you can still enjoy foods you like while losing weight.
Will also periodically post my progress, random musings and pics of ice cream.
