    December 4th
    Did I stay within the calorie budget I set for myself today? Yes!!!
    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    So, I upped my calories to 2k (usually 1200 a day) in prep for a celebration at a very unhealthy chinese place. I also exercised a TON in order to compensate for the high calorie foods. Well, turns out that I netted 1072!!! YAY!!! :blushing:

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes


    How would someone put (hanging up the Christmas Lights up) into their exercise diary? Which category would it be under? Would it be considered as an exercise or not?

    I would definitely consider that an exercise. It's like yoga, with all the stretching. I don't know how you would list it on MFP, but it counts for this challenge.
