    Today is my day off from the gym so I did some stretching, crunches, sit-up, planks, etc for about 35 or 40 minutes. I've also lost another 1.8 lbs..............yay!

    Well……we went to my husband's company christmas dinner and even though I had 800 calories left i'm sure i went over. I didn't even bother to put them in. Open bar and filet dinner (It was so worth it though) So i'll show myself to the door. See you in January! Good luck everyone :)

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yup sure did, 67 minutes of interval run/walking tracked via Runkeeper. Was 71 outside, sweet.

    Note: I lowered my calorie allotment yesterday so now if you go back and look, it looks as if I went over Tuesday which I didn't. I had almost 240 left Tuesday.
