Don't want to sound sound negative... but, I've not lost like I think I should be losing. Gosh, it's frustrating for me today. Tomorrow will be better.
Make sure you are recording every BLT - Bite, Lick, Taste. Also check measurements. If you are having a deficit each day you have to be losing or there is something wrong with the numbers. Also, make sure that you are working at to the top of your ability. The reason I say this is because I had a friend that was working out consistently and not losing. We figured out that she wasn't working out as hard as she thought she was....so not enough calories out. Just some suggestions. :bigsmile:0 -
