Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - I don't normally feel hungry enough to eat back my exercise cals but I think my recent lethargy is from under-eating so I made sure to eat some back today. I think I will from now on (particularly on spinning days!).

I'm having a rough night. I think the Holidays are starting to wear me out........LOL. I accidentally hit the "leave group" button when I was signing in and thought I couldn't get back in. Also, at my circuit class tonight I got a little carried away and fell sideways off my medicine ball. Just a bruised knee but now when I say I'm accident prone they'll believe me..............hahahaha
I think I need to slow down a little.
No worries!! Slow down but stay within the calories in vs. calories out. Maybe. Change calories to maintain the next few weeks. You may not lose like you want.....but you won't gain!!! Take it easy "sis". Having some issues here too....I guess we ain't as young as we used to be, huh? :laugh:0 -

Today I did a nice pilates workout very focused on the abs that made me feel great, but I was a bit stressed and famished, so ate a lot during the day and indulged once again in evening chocolate treats .....

It was pretty tough to get to the gym this morning because I woke up really sore, but managed a 30 minute circuit and a 20 minute swim. I have my diary open to everyone, and I don't know if any of you check it out or not (I'm always peeking at other diaries if they're open), but don't worry if my calories seem low during the weekend or next week even. I'm actually one of those people who doesn't eat when she gets stressed and super busy. I'm trying to make healthy choices still and get my protein in on days when I work hard at the gym. Believe me, when Christmas rolls around and all my work is done, I'll have a lot of trouble staying within my calorie budget....................we have way too many food traditions around here................yikes!0 -

Get an extra workout in, if you can. Maybe, you could change your calorie intake just for that day....maintain instead of lose. Just some suggestions. Good Luck!! Have a great time too!! :drinker:0 -
