    3rd- treadmill run(35min), bike(21min), hula hoop(4min): 1 hour
    4th- aerobics w/ weights + additional stretching: 1 hour 13 min.
    5th- treadmill run: 1 hour
    6th- aerobics w/weights + additional stretching: 1 hour 18min.

    Total- 6 hours 31 min

    Today was one of those days where I had my workout clothes on, but had so much going on I couldn't get the time to do the workout I wanted to do. Then it started to feel too late, and I just.didn't.want.to.do.it. Then I made myself check this thread, then made my grumpy self go to the basement to do my workout at 10pm, and I am *SO* glad I did!
