  • Yesterday had to much going on and before I knew it the day was gone and I hadn't walked.. Today was a lot the same but I managed 2 quick miles from the WOTP Ultimate.

    I walked 3 yesterday and 4 today. Hoping to find time to do an entire 5 mile over the weekend.

    1/14 : 3 Mega miles

    1/15: Start walking with 1 mile

    1/16: Start walking with 1 mile

    1/17: 3 Mega Miles

    Total : 32/60 miles done :)

    Well so far I am doing ok, not good but ok which is better then I have done in a very long time. 140 min. of L.S. and outside walking. Good for me.

    I am upping my goal from 75 miles by another 50 miles to 125 for the month.

    I wated to do some kettlebell workouts, which I have been doing and thought my walking would suffer so chose a lower mileage. Guess I just can't stop walking. I have met my target of 75 so upping it now to 125. Heres hoping!!

    I did 3 more miles. I went back and did the Start walking-3 miles with Leslie this evening. So 40 miles out of 60 finished for the month.

    I am assuming 140 min. would be about 8 Miles, I really do not know how many miles I have walked.
  • Week of Jan 6 to 12 = 7 mi.

    13 - Jan = 2 mi (LS Walk Slim)
    14 - Jan = 1 mi (Walk Away the Pounds w. 1.5lb weights )
    15 - Jan = 1 mi (Walk Away the Pounds w/ 1.5lb weights)
    16 - Jan = 1 mi (Walk to the Hits)

    ** Went and did another 1 mile later on the 16th (Walk to the Hits)
    17 - Jan = 2 mi (Walk Away the Pounds with resistance band)

    Total Walked 15 miles
    Miles to Go: 0 miles
    Goal 15 miles

    *** WOOHOO I made Goal!!! *** :drinker:

    Starting this I really had no idea how much I would do..and figured future months will be based off this.

    Since I did 15 miles in 2 weeks.. I will aim for another 15 miles!!!
    That would make a monthly total of 30 miles for me.
  • I am assuming 140 min. would be about 8 Miles, I really do not know how many miles I have walked.


    That would be between 5-7 miles for me... knowing I do 30 min / 2 miles with Leslie Sansone..
    or I can do 1 mile 20 min. w/ Leslie Sansone. (20 min / 1 mile outside too)

    If you know how fast you walk a mile.. divide that into your minutes and you will have your miles. :) Hopes that helps!

    Yesterday: 1 mile NuStep, 4 miles Radio Remixes, bicep curls 3 sets, 15 reps at 20 pounds,
    chest press, 3 sets 15 reps at 20 pounds, pulley work, 3 sets, 15 reps at 20 pounds

    Total: 55 miles
  • 3 mile weight loss walk with Leslie done today.
