I finally feel like I've turned the corner on this cold. I should be able to get back to the gym by Sunday............YAY. I managed to get my stretches, crunches, situps etc in this morning and then took the dog for about a half hour walk this afternoon. She sure was happy!0 -

I can't believe I came so close to blowing this challenge already! Good news is I had a great day. Tough morning, attempted to exercise in my basement and quit after only 15 minutes, but had a killer workout on the tennis court in the afternoon. Going to bed happy.0 -
