Today was the first Monday of the year that I incorporated "Meatless Monday", it was an absolute success, even my picky guy participated and enjoyed it.
Way to go with the "Meatless Monday"....that had to be a hard one for your "picky guy". I have one of those too...meat and potatoes all the way for him!!!0 -

First day back to the gym in a week.......YAY. Tomorrow will be double duty, swimming in the a.m. and circuit training in the p.m. I'm ready. I definitely had a bigger appetite today than I did last week. Don't know if it's because of the workout or because I feel better but it was still easy to say under on calories.
I was really hungry today too Lulu....must be something in the air!! Way to get it going again!! :bigsmile:0 -
I'm out. Had a birthday dinner out yesterday and miscalculated calories. Walked for over an hour to burn off the excess until my left foot ached, but it wasn't enough.

Yes yes and yes. The last few days have been hard to get the minimum in but one week down staying accountable. The next few days I hope will go well I'll be out of town for trainings, I'll get in my workout cuz there is a gym in the hotel I'll just have to be careful about eating out.
Try to look up the foods before you order. If not able to, then go for the grilled fish or chicken and veggies for side dish. Drink lots of water. YOU CAN DO THIS!! :flowerforyou:0 -

Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes finally made it back to gym. Daughter overslept and I missed my spin class. So I just made my own up and did 60 minutes. It felt great.
