    Oh I am so happy! Got to do a outdoor bicycle ride. Now on the weather side, sunny on one end of town, rainy on the other end, wind all around, then the thunder storm came. But it beats the gym any day! I am sneaking up on my goal for this month, fighting the weather and the gym being full, I will be lucky if I make goal. That and my training for my 100 mile bicycle tour is totally out of whack.

    02/15 - 10.5 miles stationary bike performance program
    02/16 - 1.0 miles walking
    02/17 - 1.0 miles swimming
    02/18 - 1.0 miles walking
    02/19 - 8.5 miles biking

    Total: 81.0 miles

    Got in weight lifting and another 18 miles today. That's 219 out of 350. Only 131 miles to go and 9 days to do it in. It's doable. :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

    Added 7.1 miles today to try to make up at least a little of the ground that I've lost over the last few days. :ohwell: I did a 1.1 mile walk at work this afternoon, then a 3.2 mile treadmill walk and 2.8 mile stationary bike ride at the gym this evening. Felt great to get back at it. Wanted to run, but held myself back until my respiratory system is back closer to 100%. But I'm quite pleased with this. :smile:
