    This is my first sign-in.

    Exercised?: Yes - 1 hour of cross-country skiing.

    SUPERBOWL SUNDAY~~This is probably going to be a hard day for some....DON'T LET IT!! :noway: Plan, Plan, Plan!!! Log what you think you might be eating to see how much you may need to workout to come out A OKay!!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!! :bigsmile:

    Long run tomorrow morning so that I can "afford" a slice of deep dish pizza (or two) and a beer with the BIG GAME..

    Side note: I ate out at an Indian restaurant tonight and couldn't find the name of the dish anywhere in the MFP database. I googled it too and couldn't find it. So I found something that looked similar and put that in instead. It was an appetizer dish and was small, so I think I approximated correctly. I hope so.

    Back in the game - going to do my best to stick it out this month (made it to Jan 26 so with 28 days, should be all set)

    Probably walked more than I recorded- 4.5 hours shopping, in pretty much constant motion. My legs will hurt tomorrow but a great day!

    I was almost out on day 1!!! Had my birthday celebration and did not get my workout in till 7 pm. Then walked for an hour. Thank goodness! Being kicked out day 1 would be pretty embarrassing!????
