    Did not exercise because I am not feeling well - flu symptoms.

    Caradae does compensate for sick days. I hope you feel better soon!! :brokenheart:

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Regrettably, no! Yesterday was a cheat day and I didn't plan it right, because it was also my rest day

    I exercised, yes. But I blew it in the tracking and most likely in the calorie budget. Hosted a baby shower for my daughter and just lost track of my food. Oh well, see you guys in March :).

    Oops so I totally failed because I forgot to report a white cupcake that I ate yesterday and so have gone over my calorie goal. Well see you all next month.
