After yesterday's 1 hour cross-country skiing (first time this winter), my thighs were very sore, but I pushed myself to go outside for a 25 minutes walk for this challenge. Today, would normally have been my rest day in my program. But I am glad I did it and I am still in the challenge.
I find this very motivating.

Wow at another birthday celebration AND Super Bowl party. I guess planning makes a difference and we CAN stay under goal during parties if we set our minds to it!! Did 90 min yoga (OMG worse than the dreaded burpees! Very difficult to do flow yoga. I had no idea!!!!!)0 -
