    I didn't officially exercise today but i did have a 12 hour practicum shift. Im a nursing student. I only sat down at report and break time, such a long busy day.

    You should wear some type of pedometer....I bet you would be surprised at the number of steps you take during those shifts!! :bigsmile:

    Wow at another birthday celebration AND Super Bowl party. I guess planning makes a difference and we CAN stay under goal during parties if we set our minds to it!! Did 90 min yoga (OMG worse than the dreaded burpees! Very difficult to do flow yoga. I had no idea!!!!!)
