I had surgery in Jacksonville, FL *current station*
    Height: 5'10"
    Day of: 269
    Jeans 16/18
    Shirt xl-1x
    shoes 10

    Current:
same height. I haven't shrunk haha!
    Weight: 148-153
    Jeans 27/28 (4/6)
    Shirts: small
    shoes 9

My goal weight is 135, but realistically, i'm healthy where i'm at. I've been told 135 for my bone structure and height might be a little skeletal looking, so i suppose i mostly want this excess skin removed and to tone up!

Hi My Name is Rachel I am 5 years out...Still loving my sleeve, although I have found many ways to cheat! I went from 250 to 152 in less then 12 months. Then back up to 198 and currently this year I have lost 26 lbs of it and am down to 172. I have finally figured out how to use this tool after 5years of having it!!!

I'm finally getting back on track again and loving it...

    Rachel-
What got you off track and how did you get back on? I am currently struggling with carb craving.....and eating!

Hi there! Name is Michelle, I had a gastric bypass with silastic ring in January of 2008. I started at 501 pounds and have lost 331 pounds so far. Originally I wore size 9x pants and an 8x shirt, feet were 10 wide too. Now, size 8 jeans, large shirt because I don't like them too snug, and the weirdest part, shoe size is now 8.5 narrow!

Hi, I'm Lindsay... I'm a little nervous putting this out there, but I think I'm pretty proud of my results so far.

    RNY 5/30/2014

    Consultation weight- 405
    Surgery weight - 388
Size pants - tight 32W (when I could get them on)
Size shirt 4XL, tight 30/32 (some fabrics were a no go)
    Size ring - tight 7

    Now
    Weight - 322
    Pants - 26W
    Shirt- 3X, 26/28
Ring - I don't know, but they keep spinning and falling off.

All your results are so inspiring. I'm looking forward to what the next year holds for me.

    Hi everyone!!

I'm one of the 'old timers" lol. Just celebrated 9 year surgiversary on August 9th.

    I'm 5'5"....

    Highest weight: 390 lbs

Size 5X shirts, 36W pants that I had to order from catalogs.....

Lowest weight: 194 lbs (for about 5 minutes lol) Didn't set up good habits/lifestyle, non compliance, and never got lower than this. All my fault and I own it.

Size 14 pants, L/XL tops depending on the cut/style

Regained over several years back up to 286 :frown:

Currently back down to 215 lbs and working on losing back to original lowest weight and blowing past it and lower!

Currently size 16 pants, XL tops.

Hi! I'm new to this group, my name is Shannon and I was sleeved July 10th, 2014. HW 289, SW 263, CW 233. It seems to be slow going so I joined a gym 2 weeks ago and have gone 7 times for an hour each time. I am hoping this will help. I am fully dedicated.

My high weight 347 before Vertical Gastric Sleeve which was performed Aug. 18, 2014 (almost a month ago).

I had my surgery in Norman, OK.

Lost 27 lbs. on pre-op 10 day diet and 32 lbs since surgery.

I would highly recommend this surgery.
