    Wed. is usually a rest day but thanks to the mini-challenge I got 50 minutes of exercise in. Maybe I'll lose more than 0.8 lbs this week...................LOL

    Today was tough. I made poor choices at lunch so I had to be very careful what I are for dinner and ran an extra mile on my run ????????

    This is the closest I've come to by budgeted calories. I'm still within the budget though so I'm happy.

    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes! While on a business trip, I did a 30 minutes walk-run on a threadmill in the morning, before a meeting and I took a 1 hour Tai Chi class, after the meeting, late afternoon.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! I stuck with proteins and veggies; snacked on an apple.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!

    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes! While on a business trip, I did a 30 minutes walk-run on a threadmill in the morning, before a meeting and I took a 1 hour Tai Chi class, after the meeting, late afternoon.

    Okay, so I am posting a bit early but it is 9:40 and I have 1000 calories left. Functional Strength Training aka shoveling snow for over an hour takes a lot out of you! Considering cooking an egg - need more protein.
    Great workout but do not want to do it every day.

    *It was extremely cold today and the hunger pangs just would not go away, had 1 tangerine and 1 serving of unsalted cashews
