    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? no - i am currently sick with what i think is a cold, totally robbed out of energy. :sick:
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes

    Caradae allows for a few sick days....you may not be out!! Keep it going!! :drinker:
