    Day 10 done I increased the numbers ex = 20 high knees pulls, 2x 20 jazz squares, 15 curtsy lunges ....if I lose count I'll just go to the next 5, superman 2x

    I just love them jazz squares. So fun. Hardly even working out.

    I'm not good at them but I get them done. Not the best form. I'd rather do regular planks any day.

    Grdnr03 is the one that is doing wonderful, I took a week off with a bad back but it’s OK now. I was surprised that things weren’t harder after being off a week. I have noticed that my legs are getting stronger, but they should as I have been off my feet for over a year, and they have atrophied somewhat.

    Thanks Shelley, yes I feel better not anything really significant though since I'm also doing the other challenge my thighs and up towards my hip area feel better.
