Stronglifts 5x5 this morning
Squats 60kg
Deadlifts 60kg
and I am stalling on the OHP - managed a few reps with the 30kg and then de-loaded to 27.5kg, gonna have to increase my rep-range before I move up again, a bit frustrating to say the least :grumble:
Then I practised my negative chin-ups, band assisted pull ups and hangs and did a load of push ups....0 -
