    Stay with this challenge every day, lose 5-10 pounds by the end of March, get rid of one of my "fat" dresses, and fit into ANYTHING that's currently too tight.

    But also, I would like to lose about 0.5 kilos per week and try to exercise more than 30 minutes per day.
