Off to a Great Start

Hello All,

Went to see my MD for a follow up today and got some good news! My b/p dropped 20 points (still high but waay better) and I lost 5 lbs! Last week I was 173 and today i weighted 168! Keep my calories to 1200 and stregthn training 3 times a week (along with 30 min of cardio the other days) has really made a difference. Thanks to MFP and the community has so many great resources :)
