After a crazy night shift and four hours of sleep, I did 3.3 mile run/walk combo. I ran one straight and shaved a few seconds off my best (slow) time. Did another mile in intervals. Now I"m ignoring the phone calls from work begging me to come in tonight due to a lot of sick calls. :noway: Even with the extra critical staffing pay they're offering, it would put me at five 12 hour shifts in a row. I don't have a death wish.

19.7 miles added on the bike. I was doing some squats after and felt a sharp pain in my left knee.... UUUUUUUGGGGGHHHHH. I stopped immediately, and am hoping that it was just needing a little break after spin class. I am hoping to do another 2 mile run tomorrow - and really hoping my knee doesn't give me grief!!

I managed to get a 1.8 mile lunch walk in this afternoon for a MTD of 116.8 miles. OH!! And I almost forgot...if anybody were to ask me if I replaced my stolen bike now, I'd have a different answer. I bit the bullet this evening and took advantage of a sale. So now I'm covered for bikes indoors and* outdoors. :bigsmile:
