    oh! totally killing me! my legs are still protesting! took it easy today with a shorter workout of 30 minutes

    30 Mins Treadmill, 25 mins Dumbells and Weights. 15 mins leasure walk.
    Lost 1 pound today. Looks like was on a plateau from 3 weeks. Happy.
