Alright team... Mini Challenge this week:
Cardio- 30 mins of combat training (example: kickboxing)
Strength- 100 squats
Nutrition- eat at least two servings of veggies a day

Happy Monday Orange. Great mini challenge- already got 40 squats done woot!!! Ran a 5k this Saturday run or dye.. Had a blast

Our message board did fizzle out a little, and unfortunately so did our spot in the top 3. But it is still early in the challenge, so we can get back on top again. Let's show those other teams how big of losers we are

Almost done with squats... Finished cardio.... and get 2 servings or more of veggies a day. My family surprised me this weekend with a surprise party for my birthday. I really enjoyed myself so I'm hoping that I at least maintain this week Hopeful I might lose. Hope everyone is having a great week so far!!!!0

So the mini challenge kicked my butt this week! but i can successfully say i completed the cardio and bow and arrow challenge. still working on the water intake (not my forte). I hope everyone is doing well. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! super proud of our team. Weigh in tomorrow. Dont be discouraged about a little weight gain. the easiest part is to lose the initial 10-12 lbs, after that is the challenge. Im finding it that his week my weight hasn't changed at all. I'm stuck for the moment. But i keep reminding myself, this hard work will pay off. So stay positive all!0

Sorry team, I got sick yesterday and didn't get a chance to post the mini challenge.
Cardio: Walk/Run/Jog 5 miles
Strength: 100 reverse crunches
Nutrition: Cut out one 'unhealthy' food from your diet this week.
* For me, my weakness is pizza so no pizza for me this week!0 -
I'm going to cut out soft pretzels...not that I eat a lot of them but I love them so off limits this week. Cardio done. strive hope you are feeling better0

sorry I havnt been on lately but my birthday was Friday so i had a little fun over the weekend but only gained 2.2 so I be kicking butt this week to make up for last week happy Mondays ladies !!!!!!!!!!!!0
