I literally DREAMED of over indulging with ice cream last night. I have been on a dairy craving kick. Today I did manage to go pick up food for hubby at one of my favorite ice cream places. Somehow I managed NOT to order my 1000+ calorie cookie dough treat. Instead I came home with a kid sized scoop of custard. So that is a little bit of success... but still red. :sad:0 -

I didn't fight with my mother-in-law today. I'm not sure if she is mellowing out or I am, but I'm glad for it. :drinker:
Did another interval run today and my knee feels good. I have decided that my goal for the 5k in two weeks will be to run 2 min and walk 1 for the entire race. I don't think it's practical to run the whole time for me yet. However, there is an 8k my daughter wants me to do in July and I *might* be able to run all of that, assuming my knee holds up.0 -

I have typed this several times now... I continue to make poor choices. I am not happy about this. I have tomorrows food planned out. There is no logical reason that I should divert from this plan. Cross your fingers, as logic has not been involved with ANY of my food choices as of late.

I did sooooo good yesterday. Went to a boxing class with a friend, went on a walk. Clearly did not see my family for Easter, so was able to treat it like any other day.
However, today all the treats were left over at work. I had it all!!!!! Then Pizza and Cheese sticks for dinner. The cheat day is logged and I'm moving on!!!
Also Sunday morning I finally moved my ticker.....Eh, it was nice for a day!!!!
So everyone who is struggling, let's bring it in for a team huddle.....1,2,3...FOCUS!!!!!!! Reel it back in and finish strong!
