    Total minutes in this month = 200 minutes
    Balance remaining =577 of 1080 minutes (18 hours)

    Damn! something wrong with my maths up there! 880 minutes left to go!

    I pledge 30hours of walking, apart from weight and bullworker training that I normally do. So far this week I have already done 272minutes walk, need to do 30 more minutes today. Will report again soon :).

    Monday is my rest day! but decided to do surya namaskars and light yoga/stretching as my leg muscles were really hurting!

    so 48 minutes added to the tally! 832 more to go!

    I too wanna join..atleast 16 hrs..browsed the India forum just now..Last months April challenge was quite interesting...Why not list the actual weight / targetr weight and lost weight by end of month/week...Its just a suggestion..Would like to join in from tmrw...

    Jasneet@ u did the 100 squat challenge.... It kills... Especially the dip squats....

    That’s a lot of squats. And I get tired in 5 sets of 15 reps!

    Another 70 minute walk today, total count 517mins.
