Way to go with all the 0's everyone! I failed myself last night & had 5 beers...and did NOT go to the Y to workout. I plan on going to the Y tonight, but that could change between now and 7pm. LOL. So lazy this week!!! Will have 0's tonight & tomorrow though...for sure!!!

Gary, I am on your team with the anti-zeros - but, I did lose interest in my beer before I feel asleep last night.

I woke up at 4 AM today to CLEAN and make everything perfect.

    Pics are done - whoosh.

A plea of help from the daughter -so, I went to the dorm to help finish packing and cleaning - WTF??

Back to home, dealt with the HVAC meeting for the new house. Bored to tears - I much prefer picking out cabinets and counters.

Now, pizza and beer - some laundry, shower & bed.

    Day is done.

I am glad hubby is home - his list going forward is on the kitchen table. I look forward to working tomorrow - I need a break.

I hope everyone's houses sell quickly that are in the market!!

Bridget - you've had a tough week it seems.

    Feel Better Amy!!

I've also been doing my part to help balance the 0's..... The plan was to have them, but I just haven't.

    M - 2
    T - 3
    W - 2 cocktails

Not sure about tonight. Not sure about this weekend.

Kim, look at you being so productive & a cleaning machine!!! Go girl!

Kate, our weather is pretty dreary here this morning too...was really hoping it would at least rain for a little bit, but I don't think that will happen :(

Last night, 0! But, I didn't go to the gym. I just went home and laid around. I am just in a major funk this week & want this upcoming weekend to be OVER! I will go to the Y tonight...I WILL! Then tomorrow it is off to Hubby's home town...then KC on Saturday...and back home late Saturday night. It is going to be an exhausting weekend :(

I can't believe it's May. I got a lovely message from one of our lovelies on here and figured I should check in. I was in really good spirits Tuesday until I had my first run in with someone who knew I was pregnant. Then yesterday I was just a mess because Lily would have been one month old  :brokenheart: Husband stayed home with me and did manage to make me laugh. Today the weather is rainy and cool, the complete opposite of yesterday which was actually gorgeous and sunny. We're having everyone over our house this weekend which I'm not really in the mood for but it will hopefully be a good time. It's for a few birthdays and mother's day. I think mother's day will be another tough one for me because although I don't hold my baby in my arms I am her mommy who holds her in my heart  The hardest part for me are the physical reminders that I gave birth to an angel and now have to deal with the physical pain without the reward of my beautiful little girl. However because of her I won't give up, I will continue trying to piece back together Kyle's and my life as well as our hearts. Lily deserves me to be strong and positive and that's what I will strive to be. All the love and support from everyone certainly helps so thank you all for every kind word, Internet hug and overall support, it truly means everything right now.

Great job on all the zeros. I wish it were me but it isn't.

Getting back into the routine seems to mean back into the rut and I have got to break it. I am hoping I can psych myself up this weekend and hit it hard on Monday.

Kim you can come clean my place if you need to do more cleaning.

All my love to you Kat,

Kat, it is so wonderful to hear from you, I've been thinking so much about you. XOXOXO

Today, along with this whole week, has been a pretty hard one. Mother's Day hasn't been the same for me since I lost my Mom 12 years ago. It is hard to believe that I only had her in my life for only 14 years, but those were the most special years ever. I learned so much from her and she was not only a wonderful mother, but my best friend. Happy Mother's Day to everyone...here on Earth and in Heaven. XOXO

I blew it this weekend big time!

    Monday-Thursday-0
    Friday- 2 vodka diet tonics
Saturday- about 10 oz white wine, a dark beer, a vodka diet tonic, and 3 more beers
Sunday- a margarita at lunch and then about a half bottle of white

Decided this weekend I was done breastfeeding and I guess I took full advantage of it on Saturday. It was beautiful out and we just relaxed with friends outside sipping on cocktails all day.

What a fabulous weekend we had. Saturday was the winery tour for MIL's bday and then brunch with my mom yesterday. The weather was perfect.
I really dislike mondays BUT I have something to look forward to tonight.....today kicks off suburban beer week and our favorite place is having an event....WOOT!!
Len and I are going to meet there after work, I am very excited. We are going to behave and we are only doing two events this year, tonight and friday!!!
Anywho's hope everyone has a great day!!!

    Friday=3 beers
Saturday=0 drinks (I actually had one beer when my husband got home from comedy works but when I logged it was Sunday already:)
    Sunday=1 beer

That's some kind of record for a weekend for me, I think!

I had seen my mom on the previous 2 weekends and she was back in upstate NY so I just called her. I decided to "do" (run? walk?) the Bolder Boulder, so I logged some treadmill time Sunday because it was snowing pretty good Sunday here in Denver.

The weekend could have been worse, I guess. Too many on Friday..only 1 glass of wine on Saturday and 2 Margaritas and 2 glasses of wine Sunday. I feel pretty ok today so hopefully I can get in some exercise and back on track.

It's going to be in the 90's and maybe even hit 100 this week.....that's too hot for even me!

    Hi lushes....

The house has a sales agreement after 32 hours of being on the market...We got our asking price but have to pay 3% of the seller's fees. BTW, who started that new standard.

I have been extremely lushy and have decided that I am going sober for a few days. I need to work on being healthy for a while.

I haven't had time to read the thread but I hope everyone is doing well.

congrats on the quick sale of your home Kim. That is great. (love your profile pic)

I haven't been horrible but I haven't been good either. I have been opting for more liquids than food and that just isn't the way to get energy. I am hoping this week will be better since we have good weather and I have lots to do outside in the yard. I have been dreaming about how to make it look good.

Syd. (love the pic). I just can't bring myself to feel sorry for you pending heat wave since you usually have such great weather down there.

Amy and Dot how did you fair in the spring snow?

    Take care lushes!!!

Robin I came *this* close to tagging along with the husband up to his trip to Everett next week. But the house is due to close escrow soon and things still keep popping up for me to do. I was ready for a lushes get together!!!

Kim..good luck...unfortunately the seller pays for just about everything. Most inspections and repairs. Hopefully you won't have many. I've forked out quite a bit and dad's house was in pretty good shape.

I had a busy but productive day and am already into the wine. Just a glass or 2 since I have meetings early tomorrow. :drinker:

    WOW Kim, that's fabulous!!!!! Congrats!

Last night's dinner was awesome. Had 4 Dogfish head beers: 1 Black and Blue, 1 Olde School Barleywine and 2 Palo Santo Marron. Then we had some port and dark chocolate at home and a teeny bit of wine.
I have no idea what the week will bring. I now have an open bottle of port and an open bottle of malbec....so we'll see. Didn't get to the gym this morning, so I am hoping for a walk after work, if its not raining, otherwise I brought my gym clothes BUT I hate working out after work, I tend to feel kind of crappy when I get home??!!!
