Congrats on the offer on the house! I think as seller I paid for the realtor fees, 7% split between buyer's agent and seller's agent. But I did not pay for the inspection.
    Monday=0 drinks
Meeting a friend for happy hour tonight so we'll see how that goes...

Hmmmm, on the news is an occurrence of road rage between 2 women in San Diego that ended up on a high speed chase on the highway. Nah, it couldn't be SoCal :noway:

I managed a zero last night - but, I took 2 trazodone because I didn't want to suffer.

20,000 homes all around us evacuated because of a fire. Send good thoughts. I'm drinking wine

SoCal - I am sending the vibes to you...losing a house would be devastating in that manner.

Our buyers might be backing out because of the high cost of their insurance quotes. The Realtor's are offering to pay one year of insurance for them to make this work. They are also a military family so I feel like they are family since we are the same.

Anyway, 2 more showings tonight and I am sick and tired of picking up after myself. I want to return to my dirty ways.

I buckled and drank a 1/2 bottle of wine which is very controlled for me (given my recent indulgences).

Syd, that is so scary! I cannot even imagine!! Sending positive thoughts and prayers your way!

Kim, I hope that everything works out well on your house! And I imagine that picking up after yourself constantly would get really annoying...I don't think I'd be able to do it! I'm a messy person by nature. LOL

    Monday - 0
    Tuesday - 0
    Wednesday - will be 0!

I've managed to workout every night this week so far, and I'm pretty proud of myself. However, I cannot wait until Friday to have some wine! Happy Hump Day!

OMG - 3 more showings today and 5 scheduled for tomorrow; but, we cancelled them all...................because, it is officially sold to the peeps who placed the initial offer. WE CAN LIVE IN THE HOUSE AGAIN - LEAVE DISHES IN THE SINK, UNDIES ON THE FLOOR AND DUST BUNNIES UNDER THE COUCHES.

Now, I have to focus on finding a new job and starting the BSN program in the fall.

    Monday- 6 oz red
    Tuesday- 10 oz red
Wednesday- the rest of that bottle (how many oz are in a bottle anyway?)

Now that the open bottle of wine is gone I am going to try to at least have a zero today, but then its the weekend....

I'm not sure if I have a teething baby. He had vaccines last Friday, plus I stopped breastfeeding, also could be teething.....he's just got a lot going on right now, but he was actually in a better mood last night, so I am hoping whatever it was is passing!

    Congrats, Kim!! YAY!!!

I'm still holding strong this week...0's since Monday! Tonight I plan on going to the Y to change to do a light workout...then going to a hot yoga level 1/level 2 class afterwards. I'm pretty excited, yet nervous. I can do level 1 no problem...but level 2 is hard!! I'm hoping this is a nice and non-intimidating class!

0 yesterday. Over 100 degree temps and the air quality is horrible due to the 8 fires in our area yesterday. Very odd May weather for us. Going to run errands early then stay indoors...maybe pop in an exercise DVD

Wednesday=2 drinks, I had a bellini (I did make it with 1/3 bottle of prosecco) and a miller lite.

Probably 0 tonight, maybe split a bottle of red with steaks tomorrow.

Robin, I love the hair as well - those cheeks are to DIE for

    Monday - 0
    Tuesday - 1/2 bottle of wine = 3
    Wednesday - 0

Tonight, I came home from work and thought I would just lay down for a few minutes and then it was 2 hours later when I woke up. Hubs made dinner and I was super happy to not have to deal with it.

My daughter drove straight thru to Arkansas yesterday to start her internship. She worked with 3 day old foals, watched a mare have an ultrasound to see if she was ready to be mated - then, they brought the stud right in to do the job. I guess the mare almost fell over a couple of times during insemination. Apparently, there is no foreplay, no loving eyes, no wine.

Tomorrow is our inspection for the house and then it should be over.

Tonight is some controlled wine.

    Tuesday-6oz of wine
    Wednesday-8oz of wine
Thursday-2 margaritas, while pricing items for our community yard sale saturday.
Tonight we are going to a beer event, featuring Troegs and Evil Twim.
Tomorrow we have the yard sale. Its from 8-12 but we are only going to hang out until 10 because we want to walk to movie tavern to see a movie and then walk around the shopping center eating and drinking.
Sunday is our 7yr anniversary, we will probably get some crab legs and chill out!!!
    Happy weekend everyone!!!

Syd- Hope your MIL has a quick recovery! Falls can be hard on older folks.

Kim- sounds like your house sale is going great!

I saw a small animal on our property yesterday. It was brown and looked similar to a large guinea pig. I did some research and have found out that we have a mountain beaver living among us. I had never heard of a mountain beaver before. But if it's on the internet it must be true.

The critter is not a relative of regular beavers- in fact it is of the rodent family. It gets its beaver name cuz it eats tree limbs. We had noticed some limbs had been "cut" off the firs we planted and now we know why.

For those of you who think I am blowing smoke up your a$$es, :smokin: here is a link to the Washington State Dept of Wildlife that has good info on the little critters.
