    30 days in June w/ 5 days of vacation.
    Going to shoot for Dennis - 26 / Binge - 2 / Allowed but Managed overeat days on vacation - 2

    I feel like I lost the war yesterday and binged because I restricted myself for 2 straight days. Yesterday was going to be a restricted day, but I got home and it turned into a binge. I am so embarrassed and ashamed.

    I plan to eat magnum ice cream for pay day, which is today. Let's just see if it will trigger my binge or if I can stop after eating the bar. It's just not a good idea not to give in to my craving because it will be worse.
