I've completed 60 min planks for 4 days. Wooo!

Ok, Sunday, first plank done. 60 seconds straight and my observer/timer said my form was clean.
My language wasn't.

Nearly forgot this morning, only remembered when I saw this group in my list.
Full 60 seconds done. Still thought I was going to die.
Days 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 done.0 -

Full 60 seconds done, but only just. This was one of the hardest days so far.

So far so good, plank everyday. Also making up for Challenge 1 push ups I missed.0

Managed to completed Challenge 2 as well as Challenge 1, in the same week.0

What have you decided to do Fitfully?
I did today's first thing after I got out of bed. A full 60 seconds in one go! God, it was hard. I could write a sentence about every second of the struggle.
Days 1, 2, 3 and 4 done.
I'm caught up as of yesterday.
Not done today's yet.This wont' be as bad as I was thinking it was going to be :-)

No planks since the third. (hangs head in shame ) So that means, that today I need to do 4 - 1 minute planks.

I managed the first 4 days but then got off track with weekend traveling. But I really liked doing it, so I'm going to try to keep doing them every day from now on!0
