WOW !!! The last couple months have been tough. So nice just want to sit and drink wine and enjoy the hot days. We are now going into Fall so now i can't use the hot weather as an excuse...LOL Alas today we have a pretty good rain going so i wont get out for my run... My weight has been fluctuating about 2 lbs :grumble: (guessing maintenance level) so i really need to do something to start dropping again. I must retrain myself to workout like i was before Summer hit. :drinker:0

For the last couple weeks i have been fluctuating the same couple lbs. But as of this morning i am up from my last check in. 134.2 today. Hopefully that will change later this week and i will get back down to my low weight and keep dropping.0

I have been on my roller coaster for the last 2 months. Pretty much just maintaining. FINALLY this week i dropped an LB !!!! Weighed in at 132.6 !!!0

WELL i jumped back up and am working my way back down. SSSOOO i am at 134.2 this morning and hope it will stay on the downward trend from here out. Am trying to change things up a bit to trick my body into letting go of some of the left over fat. PRAYING that it works.0

As of this morning my weight has FINALLY dropped back down to my low from before summer !!!! I am down to 132.6 !!!! only 12.6 to hit my goal !!! I ended up trying maintenance for a couple weeks and the weight started dropping off this last week EVEN during TOM !! WAS THRILLED to see the scale this morning !!!!!0
