This month I will get cardio work outs in. According to my fitbit, I averaged under 9000 steps a day and only 8 minutes of cardio each day. This will be a huge opportunity to reach my goal weight. For a bit of vanity trivia, I want to be able to wear the skirt that I wore to my sister's wedding 15+ years ago to her daughter's wedding. Thank goodness for casual weddings and elastic waist bands.0 -
Ok, so June I started off great..went out of town, took a few days off and GAINED :-( . WELL I won't give up, Im back for the next challenge with a renewed focus....
