    This month I will get cardio work outs in. According to my fitbit, I averaged under 9000 steps a day and only 8 minutes of cardio each day. This will be a huge opportunity to reach my goal weight. For a bit of vanity trivia, I want to be able to wear the skirt that I wore to my sister's wedding 15+ years ago to her daughter's wedding. Thank goodness for casual weddings and elastic waist bands.

    Thank goodness. It was hard to stay in a positive time frame this week. I have to remember what I have accomplished rather than beating myself up because I let myself get this way
