Great week for myself with two important milestones reached, have hit the 100lbs loss which takes me over 7st lost, that is almost 1/3 of my original body weight. :happy: :happy:

I have restarted the weight loss. I had to be honest with myself that having a pity party wasn't going to get the scale moving. Thanks to those who kicked me in the pants and those who have also been honest that they have struggles too.0 -

7/06 Sun: 236.8 (having trouble staying in my calories so I changed my goal to lose 1.5 pounds a week and eat 1500 calories a day)
7/13 Sun: 233.4 (forgot to weigh in this morning was busy. So this is my 6pm weight but didn't eat yet so I think it's pretty accurate. I hope.)
7/21 Mon: 235.2 (went camping I swam a lot but also drank a lot of beer this weekend. Which is something I never do but was with family and had such a great time. So I gained about 2 pounds but I think it's water weight. We will see.)

ETA: I averaged out my weight loss for the last two weeks and have loss 2.46 pounds from last week. I added all 7 days together then divided that total by 7. I'm pretty sure I did it right.0 -

CW - 188 (dropped the lb from last week and in truth, I thought I was going to be up again this week given that I have not been in the best frame of mind)

Obviously it's not likely that I'm going to make the goal weight for the challenge but in looking at the positive, I have made some good changes in my exercise and overall in my diet. I'm not shacking like I was. I do have to get back to watching my sodium a bit, what I eat at night and try not to be so late with dinner. A friend of mine posted a blog yesterday about being honest with one's self. It was well written and some good points for me about what I can and can't (shouldn't) do. I'm not going to be too hard on myself because there are a lot of positives in what I have done this month and that's a good thing!0 -
