    2.6 lb loss. . .I'll take it!

    Starting to get a little worried/anxious though as Thanksgiving and the kick-off to the holiday season is upon us. This time of the year is usually a huge downfall for me. Pray for me ladies!

    I recently started using the StairStepper at the gym and did the 100 mile walking challenges for September and October finishing with 233 for September and 293 for October.

    My strategy for the holidays is to eat well and exercise the week up until the feast and them eat small portions of everything that you want to eat - this way you won't feel deprived and can still stay in control.

    Does anyone have an outfit they are trying to get into for the Holidays?

    I have a LBD that I was planning on wearing to our office Holiday lunch and I tried it on and it is too big and too late to return. As a general rule I don't usually buy anything with the intention of wearing later because that one area you think if I lose some weight there it will fit will will also take with it weight from elsewhere. The top and waist are way to big but the bottom fits great. I might get motivated enough to alter it :):)

    How is everyone doing so far? I joined this challenge to fit better into a dress I bought back in July that I planned to wear to my office lunch. While I lost around 4 pounds the dress I had is now too big, it sags in the front. It's important to realize that while pounds count so do inches! I was wearing a 6/4, I now wear a 4/2 though I didn't lose where I want (thighs and hips) I have lost and though it was only 4 pounds plus inches, it comes out to so much more.
