    TODAY is Saturday: 2 miles inside PM (no walking on Friday)

    Total Miles Aug Inside: 42

    Wow, I've been making my goal 5 out of 7 days walking!

    The past two days have been terrible for me, my cycle has created this ridiculous lower back pain. I tried to force myself to walk, but decided it just wasn't worth it and was gentle with myself instead. I've been eating lots of sugar, too, just weird for me. BUT the good news is tonight I feel like myself again! What a relief! Did a different walk (from the Walk Social site) and so there you go! I'm back in business! :)

    Good morning walkers. I took a rest day yesterday. Everyone is doing amazing and reaching goals early. My hats off to you all. I did 5 miles this morning.

    Sometimes you just have to listen to your body and be "gentle". Good word. Glad you are feeling better Michelle.

    UM, this is insane, FIFTY miles!? I've walked 17 out of the past 19 days, so I'm meeting my goal of walking 5 days a week. What a wonderful new habit I have! Tried a few videos off the WalkAtHome.com site, the 3 Fast Miles was REALLY "brisk", as Leslie says!

    And...my scale surprised me this morning...

    199.3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my gosh!

    Good morning fellow walkers!! I did 5 miles this morning and my son rejoined me on our walks. If his ankle is doing well he said he will see me in the morning. This made my day!! :love:

    Been on a bit of a hiatus and came back to see goals met, exceeded and wowza positive attitudes -all around fun here.
    Congratulations you are all doing fabulous.
    Horn tooting time folks! :happy:

    For anyone that may be new here I can attest that checking in everyday makes all the difference.

    The last few weeks I have been off the grid and my motivation and movement have dipped.
    Being challenged on this site increased my movement (and improved my attitude) without a doubt.
    Glad to be back to civilization lol
    Now where was I... onward ho!!

    I've been swamped at work this past week and my activity has dipped.

    I'm still 20 miles shy with only 6 days left of this month.... Boy oh, boy! I've got to get movin!!
