    Total to date 149.6 miles. I can't believe I am 0.4 miles short of my 150 mile target. Guess I will do it tomorrow.

    Hey Chris. It was one of those days when you feel good and you just keep going. It was just a really nice day all in all. Glad your workout when well. I'm not a big gym fan but since I got a coach, I seem to be spending more time there. Some days I think he is trying to kill me with the workouts. :laugh:

    bwahah! Still can't lift my arms above my shoulders without feeling it!! :tongue: I've had days where I just want to keep walking. Sometimes I can talk my walking partners it to it...sometime not. :noway:

    Well I took it easier, same general distance, but did it slower.

    08/22 - 5.0 miles Beach Walk
    08/23 - 12.0 miles biking
    08/24 - 2.0 miles additional biking
    08/25 - 1.0 miles walking
    08/26 - 14.0 miles biking
    08/27 - 1.0 miles walking
    08/28 - 14.5 miles biking

    Total: 217.0 miles

    3 mile run. And mile 3 I ran at 8:35 pace. Which is my very fastest EVER. Actually before today, I hadn't run any miles sub 9, ever. I think squats and lunges are paying off! :bigsmile:

    JenniferTSmith – 170 it is. Don’t worry; it’s easy to up a goal in the spreadsheet, and if it keeps you motivated to move more, do it! Maybe next month, start with a higher goal. :happy:

    Anaconda469 – Yikes about your fracture! I can’t believe you’ve kept riding so much despite the fracture. Take it easy, as others have said, as another fall could really set you back. This is the exact reason I have refused to sign up for any races – if I get injured, I don’t want to feel like I’m going to push myself through the injury to get the race done – a mistake I have made in the past. (Someday, I might have to get over that fear and sign up for another race, but I’m not ready for that yet).

    Scarfe9991 – Congratulations on your sub 9 minute mile! What a great accomplishment. :flowerforyou:

    Angelmo – You’re very close! You can do it! (You’re in the green, so you’re technically on track. Keep it up!)
