ANyone else starting Chalean Extreme this month (Aug 2014)?

Lean Circuit 3 today and... I DIDN'T hate it! Actually, this was my favorite of the 3 in this phase. Maybe it was the lack of lamé workout clothing? Getting used to the new faces? I love shoulders and chest. All those push-ups/planks was rough, but I can see myself enjoying this 3 more times.0

Burn circuit 3 for me... I'm just a little behind you.
I was not feeling it today at all! TMI but it's that time of month for me. I'm lucky enough to need prescription pain meds for 1-2 days during this time.. Today is that day.
So anyway, I'm just not feeling 100%, but I still worked out I just didn't push like normal. 1 more week of the burn circuits for me then onto the next phase!

Ok team...I completed Burn Circuit #1 day 1.....and so it begins.I am only logging in food and not exercise. I was in a group called Eat to Lose and I'm doing the TDEE calorie thing ...and you don't have to log in exercise because it takes it into consideration already.

Even with TDEE I logged exercise, but at 1 calorie burned. It helps you see if people are doing the same exercises as you on your friends list.0

Even with TDEE I logged exercise, but at 1 calorie burned. It helps you see if people are doing the same exercises as you on your friends list.

I finished Burn Circuit 2 Day 3...I have been doing cardio at the gym and found my self spent this morning.....but I tried to complete the tape.

Once you do them a few times you figure out where Chalene gets a little chatty and go ahead and get started without her. Then you can fast forward and shave a few minutes.
Eventually you can take the workout log to the gym and do the exercises there at your own pace. (My 2nd and 3rd rounds...)

I start Push circuits on Monday! Today was my last day for Burn... I looked ahead and decided I might want to invest in some heavier weights because my 5, 8, and 10's aren't going to cut it anymore. I'm very excited for some new workouts!0

I did take pics. I can't wait until the end of month 3 to take pics again and compare them! I did my first Push workout yesterday... My arms are pretty sore today, but I kind of like that feeling so I won't complain.0
