Everyone is doing so well! Go Dennis and Hippie!
Thank you - for me the key has been:
1. Quit weighing
2. Quit restricting
3. Education - (Books = Brain over Binge, Ditching Diets, 8 Keys to Recovery)
4. Prayer
I have overate, and I have put on some weight (I needed too anyhow). But I am stronger and healthier! And I would rather face having to lose a couple pounds than the shame, quilt & disgust of succumbing to the Binge-Beast over and over. Binging started for me as a survival mechanism when I couldnt escape the diet. Then it became a habit.Hopefully the beast has been slayed.0 -
