Total burn 3583 and lost 2.4 pounds. I eat what I want 1x a week and still kicked *kitten*!
Total miles 29.5 (plus I waitress so my lil legs hate me!)
I realized I need to push harder in the beginning of the week so I can take time off at the end and let my body rest!
