    Checking in for my weekly update, ate at 2400 this last week and scales up 1lb this week, had a bit of a wobble seeing them go up but am telling myself it can only be water weight as I haven't eaten in an excess to gain fat. Not sure whether to push it again this week with more cals or to stay at 2400 again and see what happens?

    Stay another week at this level if desired, see if it really was 2400. Then move up another small amount week after.

    Was meticulous this last week and through being consistent I've lost 1lb am gonna stick to the 2400 for the foreseeable I think as I'm happy eating this amount and it's working it would appear :) once things stop again il reevaluate and go back to tdee for a week or two then cut again :)

    Great progress to see, and only gets easier as done longer, hopefully won't feel meticulous forever.

    Thanks everyone :) Hopefully won't feel meticulous forever having to be really strict with my measuring as I'm hoping il get good at eyeing the correct amounts but I'm happy to do keep measuring for now if it means it gets me where I need to be :)
