    Hi all!!

    I am a day late - the story of my life!! I got RI30 last night and ready to start tonight after work! I have never done a Jillian work out before.. yes, I can hear you laughing at me and shaking your heads. I am going to give it my best shot though.

    I am excited and ready to be in a new exercise routine. I was wondering, how often do you weigh or tape yourself?

    I hadn't done any of Jillian's workouts until the 30 Day Shred. I think you'll like them - they can be intense but such a variety of movements that the time goes by fast.

    I weigh a couple times a week and only measure at the beginning and the end. I think we'll just be reporting our final results so feel free to do it as often as you like but it's more rewarding to wait until you're done and see the big numbers! Good luck!!

    Morning all!

    Ok my first day was yesterday. Today I am in so much pain. Part of it is good - arms are sore. Part of it is bad - my knees hurt so bad! The whole time I was doing my squats, I heard gross crackling noises coming from my knees. I have always had issues with my knees, nothing serious, but enough to make running painful. This is my first time doing real squats though. Any suggestions for modification - serious modifier - that would help me with my knee issues?

    Maybe I could squat just a little and do more arms? IDK, I just dont want to cheat myself.

    One more Q: Did anyone do extra stretching after the workout? I felt like there wasn't enough stretching (for me).

    Here are my beginning measurements, I did not post them at first, but these are from before starting RI3

    Bust: 41
    Waist 40
    Hips 45
    Thigh 21.5
    Calves 14.75

    My starting weight was 220 But won't know my end weight because I'm not going to be using my scales till Jan 1st because of a challenge I am in.
